His leadership reflects a rare blend of field operations, oversight accountability, and public-service purpose. Dr. Robbins previously served as a member of the City of Miami Police Oversight Board, appointed to help uncover and document instances of police misconduct—work that reinforced his long-standing commitment to transparency and reform.
In Georgia, Dr. Robbins served as a Criminal Investigator with the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office, conducting investigations, interviews, and field operations while preparing evidence documentation and professional case materials in compliance with agency policy and ethical guidelines. In Florida, he has also been entrusted with court-appointed work across multiple judicial circuits, supporting serious criminal matters and high-stakes case needs.
Dr. Robbins’ specialized training includes homicide investigations, blood spatter, latent print examination, crime scene investigations, and police-involved shootings—reinforcing the forensic rigor that defines the firm’s investigative standards.
As an author and investigative writer, Dr. Robbins uses his professional insight to educate the public and advance accountability in the justice system. He is the author of Not Guilty: A Criminal Defense Investigator’s Guide to Winning Your Case and UNJUST: When Black Americans Encounter the United States Justice System, and he continues that mission through Betrayed by the Badge: The Clayton County Sheriff’s Office.
